Can I use shine or thermal heat protector before using my appliance?
Help protect your hair and give your strands a spritz of your favourite thermal heat protector spray before using your styling tools.
What is the temperature on dial setting?
Our styling tools give you the styling flexibility to protect your hair from heat damage. Optimum temperature levels for every hair type are indicated on the packaging and under Features in the product description page.
How do I remove the attachment on my hair dryer?
Attachments can generally be removed by carefully pulling and/or twisting away from the hair dryer. Directions for removal of attachments are included in your instruction book.
How do I remove the lint filter to clean the filter?
Most of our hair dryers have a removable endcap for easy cleaning. Be sure to check your instruction book for detailed cleaning instructions.
